Thanks for your email. We are transitioning to a new Broker in that office so I have forwarded your email on to him as he will be taking on the role of Broker (so you may hear from him – I am going back into the sales force).

From a personal perspective, I want to thank you. It’s professionals like you who keep our industry moving forward and I appreciate the time you took to write me and address your concerns. I think you handled it right and I agree with you…that’s NOT how our brokerage likes to be represented.

I hope were able to do a transaction together in the future.
