Back in February, I wrote about Seller Representation and how Listing Agents (Realtors®) are NOT a generic commodity simply because we’re all members of the MLS: Multiple Listing Service.
My marketing commitment to my Seller clients includes online advertising. A new client texted me today to inquire why I had included photos only of the master bedroom, but not the other bedrooms.
Today’s Point of Difference:
My internet safety policy is to exclude children’s bedrooms from online advertising.
My Client’s Response:
“That’s not something I would think of, thank you for helping us protect our little guy. :-)”
